The retail outlets, Telescope House and Buzz Optics, still draw upon the optical knowledge and manufacturing contacts that BC&F have developed over the years and with customer service at the top of our list of priorities, you can be sure you have made the right choice.

Our decision to launch a new, binocular based, website was a direct response to the success of www.telescopehouse.com. If you were looking for a telescope you would almost certainly have seen our website, but those in search of binoculars would sometimes be discouraged by all of the astronomy references. Why look in a car showroom window if you are looking a bicycle? So the Buzz Optics website, "shop window", was created to address the specific needs of the predominately non-astronomical customer.

We only buy and hold stock of products that we believe are suitable; for the purpose to which they will be used; of a quality that gives good value to the end user, and that we are happy to recommend. This holds true for our own-brand sourced products as well as those of the more recognisable high street names that we offer.

All of our own brand binoculars, REVELATION, benefit from fully coated lens surfaces and either BAK-4, or BAK-7, super-clear prisms. Some even boast fully multicoated surfaces ensuring maximum light transmission, thus improving both clarity and resolution.

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied, you can either; return the item for a no-quibble refund, or why not discuss your needs with our sales team and try another item. You are the customer and you are always right!

Based in a rural location at Starborough Farm in Kent, we have a huge range of products from binoculars to advanced computerised telescopes on display. Our opening times are from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday and we are always happy to spend time discussing your requirements in greater detail.
